Total Time: 70 Minutes, Servings: 2 Servings

Ingredients :
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate
  • 10 ounces white chocolate
  • pastel sprinkles
  • mini chocolate eggs
  • mini chocolate bunnies
  • Smarties, M&Ms, or whatever candy takes your fancy!

Instructions :
  • Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and put in a bowl. Place over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and allow to gradually melt, stirring until smooth.
  • Repeat the process with the white chocolate.
  • Line a large tray with greaseproof paper. Spread the dark chocolate into a rectangular shape and allow to cool slightly.
  • Carefully pour the white chocolate over the dark.
  • Use a chopstick to blend the two, creating a marbled pattern.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, add your decorations, starting with the largest ones.
  • Continue with the smaller candy and the sprinkles.
  • Leave to harden at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
  • Break the bark into smaller pieces. Put into treat bags or eat immediately.
