Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Brown Erythritol
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts Optional:
- 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Brown Erythritol
Instructions :
- Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.
- Whisk together butter and erythritol.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla
- Blend in almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon powder
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Optionally, top with brown erythritol and more chopped walnuts. Bake for 30 minutes.
