Ingredients :

• 1Cup Cold Butter
• 2 Cup Sugar
• 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
• 2 Egg
• 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
• 2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
• 3 Cups Flour
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• Icing
• 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
• Lemon Juice (add enough for a thin icing consistency)

Instructions :

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cream Butter, Sugar, Vanilla, then slowly add eggs and lemon juice and zest.
• Add in Flour, Baking Powder, & Salt and mix well.
• Roll dough into 1" balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
• While the cookies bake, make the Lemon Glaze by combining Powdered Sugar, Vanilla, and 7. Lemon Juice until icing consistency.
• Remove cookies from oven and let cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet.
• Remove cookies from baking sheet to a cooling rack and Drizzle with Lemon Glaze.
• *This recipe will make about 36 cookies, you can always double the recipe for a crowd!
